    How can Cigna Healthcare help?

    Cigna HealthcareSM provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate with us, including written information in other formats, large print, audio and accessible electronic formats.

    Cigna Healthcare also provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:

    • Qualified interpreters
    • Information written in other languages

    If you need any of these services, please call the Customer Service number on your Cigna Healthcare ID card. If you do not have or are unable to locate your ID card, in the United States please call 1 (866) 494-2111. If you have hearing or speech loss and use Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) or a Text Telephone (TTY), dial 711 to connect with a TRS operator.
